Day Of Coordination
A.K.A. “The Panicked Brides Service”, the Day Of Coordination is available to couples in a moment’s notice! (At least 48 hours before the rehearsal.)

This service includes one meeting (1-3 hours) before the rehearsal (preferably one week or more). This meeting is designed to discuss any last minute details about your wedding, ensure we are all on the same page, and get a list of your vendors so that Weddings With Attitude can contact them on your behalf and confirm arrival times, etc.
At the rehearsal, I will meet the wedding party at the ceremony site with props in hand to enhance the practice (including fake rings, bouquets and a dress train).
Arriving at least two hours early before the event, I come armed with an emergency wedding kit and ready to oversee the time before, during and after the ceremony. I am also available for the reception.
The cost for this service includes the rehearsal and wedding (from the pre-ceremony to the grand entrance at the reception).
$300.00 covers wedding parties that are 6 or less people (including the bride, groom, attendants, flower girls, ring bearers, and/or pages).
$400.00 covers wedding parties that are 7 or more people (including the bride, groom, attendants, flower girls, ring bearers, and/or pages).
An additional $150.00 will retain my services for 4 hours of the reception following the grand entrance to the reception. $50.00 will then be charged for every additional hour.
A non-refundable retainer fee of $100.00 is required at the contract signing to hold your date. This amount is applied to the remaining balance.
